“I’ve been at Westside for almost 2 years and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I joined because I wanted to learn kickboxing and self defense. “The workouts great they are never boring and because it is a class and not your own routine you know you are doing something right because you have coaches telling you what to do instead of just making up your own stuff. Also there are other people in the class with you and that helps you to keep going. At least it helps me because I dont like to hear (where were you???) when i know i shoulda been somewhere and wasn’t. “When I came to westside I would have considered myself a intermediate martial artist. Before westside I had mainly been out of gym in conway Arkansas but have attended classes at most of the big name gyms throughout the state. “Westside kickboxing is a absolutely a great program. When I first started I was very interested in kickboxing but didn’t know where or how to beginning. Entering my first class at Westside I was some what nervous bout the coaches were very welcoming. It’s was just comfortable atmosphere. Although the class was fairly large the coaches still took the extra time to give you some one on one help on things I was struggling on. As far cardio and conditioning goes Ive always in past workouts found myself bored with my workouts, where at kickboxing class they are always mixing things up keeping class interesting and fun or everyone. Now a year later I’m involved with all classes Westside has to offer, in the best shape of my life, and currently undefeated as an amateur mma fighter.
